The offshore.
We design and build high pressure pumping systems up tp
3000 bar, high capacity air compressors for zone 2 up to 70 m3/min
and air dryers as powerpacks for the offshore sector. All powerpacks
comply with relevant standards as NORSOK, DNV, API and the ATEX
directive. These powerpacks are often containerized in an offshore
container and fully controllable from an external control panel.
With our 23 years of experience in building tailor
made solutions for the offshore - we have the engineering insight
and technologic know-how to design machines for this sector.
All machines are designed and drawn in 3D CAD to
ensure a high building accuracy and all components has to comply
with our quality control system, which is based on ISO 9001:2000
All our high pressure systems are delivered with complete usermanual,
documentation, product manuals and all relevant certificates as
a hardcopy and a pdf-version.

High pressure pumping system zone 2
One of our products for the offshore marked are pumps that are
used as temporary equipment. Our high pressure pumping systems
are mainly plungerpumps with working pressure from 50 to 3000
bar (800 - 43.000 psi).
Our line of high pressure pumping systems are diesel-powered and
vary in size and preformance from 100 to 600 Hp.
The units are designed and manufactured to our customers specification(s)
and combined with our technical knowledge. We choose all components
for the job in hand and we are independent with the choice of
pump and components.
Noise suppression is an important factor in meeting the current
environmental requirements, and we deliver systems with noise
suppression to about 80-90 dBa.

PED, NORSOK, API standards and the ATEX directive.

Air
compressor Zone 2
As a natural link to our line of high pressure pumping systems
we have developed our own air compressor zone 2 systems for the
offshore marked. These high volume air compressors are often used
as temporary equipment for various purposes in this sector.
We mainly use screw compressors with preformance up to 70 m3 pr.
minute. Our air compressors are diesel-powered and they vary in
size and preformance from 100 to 600 Hp.
We have a large experience in noize supression of these machines
so they comply with the latest standards, offering supression to
80-90 dBa.

Air
dryer
We manufacture compressed absorption air dryers optimices for low
weight, minimal size and maximum preformance. Our air dryer systems
are typically half size and weight of traditional twin tower dryers.
The dryer ensures a stable dewpoint protecting and enhancing the
preformance of compressed air systems.
All components are selected from a vide range of products for each
job to ensure high preformance and durability.
Our line of air dryer systems comply with the CE, PED, DNV, NORSOK,
API standards and the ATEX directive.

High
pressure chemical injection system
One of our products for the offshore marked are high pressure chemical
injection systems. We have many years experience in manufacturing
these systems as a integrated part on a rig or FPSO.
Our high pressure chemical injection systems are designed with easy
acces to components, wearing parts and filters. The systems are
designed in close relationship with our customer as some of these
systems become a integrated part of the complete facility.
High pressure chemical injection pumps are available with a broad
range of different pump solutions. The choice of materials used
is based on the chemicals to be injected.
We offer soundproofing on these systems.

High
pressure washer
Our high pressure washers are ideal for use on lighter cleaning
jobs. We offer electrically powered units that can deliver hot or
cold water under pressures ranging from 200 – 500 bar. Available
as standard systems or EEX units.
Applications:
Cleaning jobs on offshore platforms, including drill decks, general
platform maintenance and tank and pipe cleaning. |

High pressure
hoses
We offer a wide product range of high quality hoses with working
pressure of up to 3200 bar and sizes of up to 25mm ID. We have our
own manufacturing and testing equipment and able to offer quick
delivery on special length hoses.

Nozzles
Using the right combination of nozzle and hose is essential for
getting the maximum out of your pumping system. We have a large
stock hold of both rotating and non-rotating nozzles up to 2500
bar and offer day-to-day delivery on a wide range of nozzles types. |
